James Allen ‘Stumpy’ Scott, age 68, of Lexington passed away Tuesday, July 28,2020 at his home. He was retired from Magnetek. He is survived by 3 sons, David (Krystal) Scott, Russell (Miranda) Scott, and Hunter (Amber) Scott, a sister, Judy Hays, a brother, Kenneth Dean Scott, and 7 grandchildren, Haley Scott, Allen Scott, Hunter Reeves, Bradley Scott, Garrett Scott, Everly Scott, and Thomas James Scott. He was preceded in death by his parents, Odean and Earlie Hayes Scott. Funeral services will be Thursday July 30 at 3PM at Reeds Chapel with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 11AM-9PM and Thursday 9AM until service.
