Justin "Tiny" Harris Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Justin Matthew Harris, better known as “Tiny”, age 38, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, after a long courageous fight against cancer. He leaves behind his father and mother, Nathan and Dinah Harris of Lexington; two brothers, Joshua Harris and Joseph Harris, both of Lexington; and one nephew, Joseph Derek Harris of Lexington. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary Jo Bowman of Lexington, Wayne Bowman of Lexington, and Paul and Mildred Harris of Paris; and nephew, Nathaniel Matthew Harris. Justin was a graduate of Lexington Christian Academy. Recently, he had earned his Associate’s Degree from Bethel University. Most of his work life was spent at Lexington-Henderson County Everett Horn Public Library and Henderson County Criminal Justice Complex where he was a Sargent. Justin “Tiny” had a heart of love that was bigger than life. As many have said, to know him was to love him. He was a loyal friend and encouraged all who came to him. His parting has left a huge hole in the community. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 1PM at First Pentecostal Church of Lexington, TN, with burial in Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 4PM-9PM and Saturday from 9AM until service. All visitation will be held at First Pentecostal Church of Lexington. Memorials may be given to the First Pentecostal Church Building Fund or Tiny Harris Reentry Fund (used to assist inmates in reentry to society). Donations for both funds will be handled through the First Pentecostal Church, Lexington, TN.
