Kenneth Ray Hamm, age 74, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at his home after an extended illness. He was a Vietnam Veteran and a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church. He retired from the Lexington Electric System. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sonja Hamm; sons, Kenny Hamm (Christy) and Joey Hamm (Kristy); grandchildren, Leah Hamm, Garrett Hamm, and Whitney McKelvie (Roland); great grandchildren, Dylan, Bryson, and Kelsey McKelvie; brother, Jeff Hamm; and sisters, Maxine Edgin and Brenda Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Delphi Hamm; brothers, Paul and Herbert Hamm; sister, Mayrene Fischer; and special grandson, Carson Hamm. Funeral services will be on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 3PM at Rock Hill Baptist Church with burial to follow in Rock Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 2PM until service. Reed’s Chapel in Lexington is in charge of all arrangements.
