Stephen Shane Smith, 38, of Decaturville, TN, passed away Thursday, July 18th, 2019. He was employed by Kolpak. Stephen is survived by his parents, James Lynn and Doris Jean Smith, of Decaturville; a brother, James David Smith, of Decaturville; a niece, Haylee Smith. He was preceded in death by a brother, Sammy Lynn Smith. His Funeral Service will be held at Reed's Chapel, Decaturville, TN, at 3 PM on Sunday, July 21st, with burial to follow in Mt.
